An unapologetic, uncompromising, woman of faith, who believes to her very core that foundation matters. This awareness is essential because it means that, having clarity about who you are, being synergistically partnered in the right relationships and developing the grit that it takes to execute a sound strategy unlocks success.
The Journey
Charmaine and her husband, Edward, established Reclaimed Legacy Enterprises to steward inherited land and provide economic opportunities for families and individuals.
She recently relocated to east Texas to live on family land that was acquired by her great grandfather and passed down to his children and their descendants.
Prior to her relocation, she served as First Lady of Acts of the Apostles Baptist Church, a ministry that has dedicated itself to serving the youth of the Park Manor community on the South side of Chicago.
For a long time, Charmaine has felt the need to help empower and equip individuals who have dreams of successfully building their lives and businesses the way God intended. She has dedicated the last 20+ years of her life doing the inner work and training required to impactfully serve those she has been called to.
She has now chosen to avail early retirement, to fully commit herself to her life’s work, passion, and purpose.
Family
Charmaine is most passionate about her family. Her husband, seven children, and extended family are the fuel of her inspiration and nucleus of her existence.
Through exchange programs, she has had the privilege of extending her family to include additional children from Brazil, South Africa, and Thailand.
She has always been a Daddy’s Girl and her father’s imprints can be identified in all areas of her life’s pursuits. At the same time, her best friend is her mother who she considers to be a trusted advisor and cheerleader.

Career
Over the course of Charmaine’s professional journey, she has been instrumental in helping small business owners obtain financing for their business.
She embarked on her own entrepreneurial journey and co-founded Wisdom Business Management with the mission to guide organizations, families, and individuals through the process of transformation for the successful achievement of their corporate and personal goals. Having taken early retirement she is now fully focused on this work.

Through Wisdom Business Management, Charmaine partners with leaders to ensure that their organizations are successful.
Success, for Charmaine and her team, is not only measured in this generation. True success carries into the next generation. Our method is to consult, coach and train business leaders in the development and execution of a strategic plan and the implementation of an infrastructure (i.e. organizational systems) that enable them to achieve their vision.
